Passed peacefully away on August 18, 2012, aged 84 years.

Funeral Service to be held in St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Tuesday, September 4, at 10.30am, followed by Interment, at Beacon Hill Cemetery.

I often sit and think of you and how you died, to think you could not say goodbye before you closed your eyes, I love you Jack and I always will, I did inlife, in death I do still. Each morning I start with a broken heart but carry on daily playing my part, to smile a brave front, that's what you would want, I do that for you Jack. You broke my heart and let him die, to take my Husband who did no wrong, forgive me Lord if I ask You why, I miss you so much Jack. Wherever I go, whatever I do, my day begins and ends with you, some day dear I'll be there with you.
