Passed away peacefully on November 9, 2017, at Mary Stevens Hospice, Stourbridge, with his Family at his side.
He will be sadly missed by his Wife Kath, Daughters Cindy, Lisa and Jayne, Dale and all his Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday, November 23, at 12.20pm.
No flowers please.
