Olwin and her Family, together with Sam's family wish to convey their thanks for the numerous cards, messages of condolence and donations so generously given in respect of Ward B6 at Russells Hall Hospital.

Also many thanksto Jim Grainger for his tribute to Sam and J Freeman and Son for their excellent Service.

It confirms what we already knew, that Sam was held in high esteem by everyone who knew him.
