Passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017, aged 73 years, following a short illness.

Funeral to take place on Thursday, October 12, 2017, at St. Lawrence's Church, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only.
