It is with great sadness we have to announce that our dearest beloved Mom passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012, aged 75 years.
Now reunited with loving Husband Nigel.
Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Thursday, August 2, at 11.40am.
Afterwards all welcome to Sedgley Conservative Club.
Pat will be forever in the hearts and prayers of all her beloved Family and Friends.
