Passed away July 18, aged 79 years. Sadly missed by Children Stephen and Jane and their Families.
Funeral Service to take place at Stafford Crematorium, Monday, July 30, at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, any donationswill be given to The Alzheimer's Society.
