Sadly passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017, aged 72 years.
Funeral to be held at St Chad's Church, Coseley, on Wednesday, September 13, at 3.15pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Flowers welcome or ifdesired donations in memory of Sylvia made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
