Of Heath Hayes late of Cheslyn Hay.
Passed away peacefully at the Lakes Care Home on, July 16, 2012, aged 73 years.
The devoted Wife of Harold and beloved Mom of Lee, also a dear Friend.
Service will be held at Stafford Crematorium, on Friday, July 27, at 10.30am.
Family flowers only donations to Buttermere Unit at the Lakes Nursing Home.
