Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 5, 2012, aged 81 years.

Will be sadly missed by Wife Maggie (Bel), Daughter Jane, Brother Roger, Sisters-in-law the two Barbara's.

Celebration of Derrick's life will be held, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm, Thursday, July 19.

Family flowers only.

No mourning clothes.
