Of Cradley, passed away peacefully at Mary Stevens Hospice, on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, aged 39 years, following an illness so bravely fought.
So dearly loved and sadly missed by all Family, many Friendsand Neighbours.
The Funeral Service will take place at St. Peter's Church, Cradley, on Friday, July 20, 2012, at 11am, to be followed by Private Cremation.
In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully received for Mary Stevens Hospice.
As Jo's favourite colour was purple/lilac, please wear a hint of this colour if possible in her memory.

We sat beside your bedside and watched you fade away, you tried so hard to stay with us, your strength had gone but your courage remained right to the end you never complained.
Our beautiful and precious Daughter will remain in our hearts forever, we will miss you so much our lives will never be the same.
