Sadly passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017, aged 48 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Monday, July 31, at 1.30pm, followed by Interment at Gornal Wood Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Caroline made payable to Balls To Cancer and or Macmillan Cancer Support can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
