Passed away at Katharine House Hospice on July 19, 2017, aged 51 years.

In the silence of the night you heard God's gentle call, with farewells unspoken you quietly left us all.

It broke ourhearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.

Mom, Helen, Torrie, Tristan and Thomas.
