Passed away July 7, 2012, on his 86th birthday at the Manor Hospital, Walsall.

Beloved Husband of the late Maud.

Much loved by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Michael and All Angels Church, Pelsall, on Tuesday, July 17, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.

Refreshments afterwards at Calderfields Golf Club, Aldridge.

Family flowers only please but if desired donations to St Giles' Hospice or the Dogs Trust. Twoof Len's chosen charities.
