Passed peacefully away on June 19, 2012, aged 61 years.
Much loved Sister to Margaret and Graham, Nieces Deborah and Diane.
Reunited with her beloved Mother and Father.
Funeral Service and Cremation totake place at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Thursday, July 12, at 10.30am.
