Passed away at New Cross Hospital on May 4, 2017, aged 72 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Chad's and St Mark's Church, Lime Street, Wolverhampton, WV3 0GH on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 1.45pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium.

No flowers please.
