Passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017, aged 79 years.

Sadly missed by Wife Audrey, Sons Philip and Richard and their Families.

Funeral to be held [S]at Kingsway Church, [S]Wombourne, on Friday, May 26, at 1.45pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Bright coloured clothes welcome.
