With great sadness his Family announce his sudden passing on May 17, at Walsall Manor Hospital.

Funeral Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium, on Thursday, May 31, at 10am.

Family flowers only but donations would be appreciated for Wolverhampton Coronary Aftercare Support Group, cheques payable to WCASG for which purpose a box will be available at the Crematorium.
