Funeral Service to be held at St. Bartholomew's Church,Penn, on May 29, at 2.30pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel. Family flowers only, donations made payable to J.R. Jones and Co., Chapel House, Five Ways, Lake Street, Dudley, DY3 2AU if desired, for memorial bench.
