Passed away peacefully, at Netherton Green Nursing Home, on May 15, 2012, aged 58 years.

Re-united with Dad, a much loved Father, Son, Brother and Uncle, he will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

FuneralService will take place, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Wednesday, May 30, at 10.20am.
