Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2017. Aged 81 years.
Dearly loved Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 10, 2017, 11am at St Nicholas' Church, Church Lane, Mavesyn Ridware, Staffs DE13 7HP.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired made payable to The Stroke Association.

Roy was my Sergeant at Rugeley Police Station in the 80's. He was truly a coppers' copper. He was extremely well liked and a great Sergeant. After I left the police in 1991 I set up soon after as a private investigator and I remember going over to Burton to speak to Roy about a case of mine. The first thing he said was hello Eddie, let's go for a pint. That's what we did. If any of Roy's family want to contact me my email is goldwingelvis@aol.co.uk. God Bless Roy
