Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, May 2, aged 74 years.

She will be sadly missed by her loving Family, Friends and Care Team.

Funeral Service to be held, on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at St Giles' Church, Willenhall, at 11.15am. Burial at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, WV12 4AE, at 12.30pm.

Donations in lieu of flowers will be accepted at THOMAS ELY Funeral Directors Somerford Place Willenhall WV13 3DT.
