Passed away peacefully at Queens Hospital, Burton-on-Trent, on Monday, May 7, 2012, aged 56 years.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Church, Bloxwich, WS3 2HR, at 1.15pm, on Friday, May 18, to Celebrate Janet's life, followed by Interment at North Walsall Cemetery.
