Peacefully passed away December 21, 2016, aged 70 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Hurst Hill, Coseley on Wednesday, January 18, at 12.45pm, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Family request Family flowers only. Donations welcome for the Renal Unit at New Cross Hospital, following the Service you are warmly invited for light refreshments at The Royal British Legion, Ward Grove, Lanesfield (WV4 6PW).
