Sadly passed away at The Manor Hospital, on Thursday, May 3, 2012, aged 56 years.
The Funeral Service will take place, at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Walsall, on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 10.30am, followed by the Burialat North Walsall Cemetery.
