Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving Family, on May 5, 2012, aged 62 years.
She will be greatly missed by all her devoted and heartbroken Family.
Funeral Service to place, at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel, on Wednesday, May 16, at 12.20pm.
Flowers or donations to Wychbury Medical Centre will be accepted c/o J Vernon Kendrick Funeral Directors, Vernon House, Cemetery Road, Lye. DY9 8DB.
