Kevin John

Of Six Ashes, near Bridgnorth, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on May 1, 2012, aged 54 years.

Loving Partner of Karen, dearest Son of John and the late Eileen.

Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Tuesday, May 15, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only by request, donations in desired for the Dog's Trust, Roden, for which purpose a collection box will be placed at the Crematorium.
