Sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, aged 81 years.

Beloved Wife of Robert, dearest Mom of Vaughan and Kevin and much loved Granny of Sam and Hannah.

A retired Teacher, formerly of Sherbrook and Cannock ChaseHigh Schools, Pat spent the last few years of her life in Cheshire to be close to her Family.

The Funeral Service is to be held on Monday, December 19, at 11.15am, at Stafford Crematorium.
