Sadly passed away on November 9, 2016, aged 86 years.
The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday, December 14, at 3.45pm.
Family flowers only. Donations to be divided between NSPPC and The Heart and Lung Unit at New Cross Hospital maybe handed to the Family.
