A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Brother who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Celebration to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Thursday, December 15, at 1.30pm.

At Trevor's request no mourning clothes to be worn please.

No flowers by request.
