Passed away, April 20, 2012, aged 62 years.
Will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, May 10, at St Martin's Church, Dixon Street, Wolverhampton, at 1.30pm, followed by Interment at Beacon Hill Cemetery.
