Passed away peacefully November 13, 2016.
Sadly missed by Daughters Anne and Judith and Grandsons Matthew and Daniel.
Funeral to be held Friday, December 2, Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 2.15pm.
Family flowers only but donations if desired to Multiple Myeloma.
