Passed peacefully away on November 6, 2016, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, aged 95 years.

She will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium, at 11.30am,on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

Family flowers only but donations will be accepted for Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
