Passed away on October 15, 2016, at New Cross Hospital, aged 65 years. After a brave seven week battle against his illness.

He will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, November 7, at 1.30pm.

Donations appreciated if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o Maurice's Family.

Special thanks to all the Staff on Deansley Ward for their due care and attention. Maurice will be remembered as a selfless caring person and a true gentleman.
