Died on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Manor House Nursing Home, aged 76 years.
Dearly loved Husband of Ann, Father of Dawn and the late Richard and Julie, Father-in-law of Sheridan and Grandad of Joshua and Bevan.
The Funeral Service is now to be held at St Luke's Church on Monday, October 31, at 9.30am, followed by Cremation at Stafford.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made for Parkinson's UK and Dementia UK.
