Judith Ann
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, aged 73 years.
A special Lady who is much loved and very sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.
The Funeral Service is to be held on Thursday, November 10, at 1.30pm at Wesley Methodist Church, followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.
Donations, if desired, can be made for Wesley Methodist Church.
It is Judith's wish that no one should wear black for the Funeral.
