Tragically passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016, aged 79 years.
Funeral to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Monday, October 17, at 10am, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.Donations in memory of Sidney made payable to The Midlands Air Ambulance can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
