Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, aged 52 years.

Beth was much loved and will be missed dearly by all of her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at St Luke's Church, Cannock, at 1.30pm. Followed by a Committal Service at Bushbury Crematorium, (East Chapel).

Donations, if so desired, for Cancer Research Brain Tumour Charity.
