Died peacefully on April 12, 2012, aged 67 years.
Clive will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Janet, their three Daughters Dawn, Debbie and Denise and their Families.
Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Smethwick on Monday, April 30, at 2.30pm, followed by Burial at Thimblemill Cemetery.
