Who sadly passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016, aged 80 years.
The Funeral Service shall take place on Tuesday, October 4 at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Hall Green Cemetery, Bilston at2.30pm.
All flowers welcome, alternatively, donations would be gratefully received for Diabetes UK or Cancer Research UK.
