Sadly passed away after a short illness in New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.

Anne, Widow of Fred, will be greatly missed by her Sister Joan and Nephews and Nieces in Streetly, Cannock and Portugal.

The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium (West Chapel) on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only please.
