Mr Alan Sadler, Jayne, Christopher, Lisa, David, Richard and the Family of the late Mrs Hazel Margaret Sadler wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards, letters and messages of sympathy, love and support through our very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your generous donations to The Acute Stroke Unit at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, which totalled œ1,200.

Our special thanks go to Dr. Fotherby, Dr. McBride, Senior Sister Maggie Wild, Staff Nurse Angie Stevens and all the Team at the Acute Stroke Unit, the Paramedics, A&E Assessment Unit, Dr. Dowell, Dr. Johnson and the Team at Parkfields Surgery and the Staff at Warstones Resource Centre for their care and professionalism and to Reverend Jane Brough for her thoughtfulness and comforting support through the Funeral Ceremonies and to Graisley Primary School.
