Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, aged 64 years.

Funeral to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Ettingshall Park on Monday, August 22, at 1.45pm, followed by Interment at Beacon Hill Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Michael made payable to Compton Hospice can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
