Passed away suddenly, but peacefully at home in Newtown, (formerly of Scotts Road, Stourbridge) on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, aged 45.
Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral to be held at Berriew Parish Church on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at 1.30pm, followed by a private Cremation.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Creature Comfort Rescue Centre or Cancer Research UK.
