Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2016 aged 80 years.

Beautiful memories of a wonderful Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad who will always be in our thoughts.

Funeral Service to be held at St Mary & St Chad's Church, Brewood, on Monday, August 8, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium and afterwards at Brewood Cricket Club.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Stroke Unit Trust Fund at New Cross Hospital.
