Passed peacefully away at home on Friday, July 8, 2016, aged 61 years.

Sadly missed by loving Wife Kathy, Daughters Rachel, Ruth and Jenny and all of his Grandchildren.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, July21, 2016 at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley at 12pm, followed by Interment at Brierley Hill Cemetery, Addison Road.
