Sadly passed away at St Giles Hospice, Walsall on June 23, 2016, aged 77 years.
She will be greatly missed by all Family and Friends.
Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium on Monday, July 18, at 12.15pm.
Donationswelcome on behalf of St Giles Hospice.
