Beloved Wife of the late Norman, dearly loved Mom, Nan and Great-Grandma.

Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital, Friday, July 1, 2016, aged 84.

The Funeral Service to take place at Ruiton Congregational Church, Upper Gornal on Thursday, July 14, at 11.15am, followed by Burial at Gornal Wood Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Heart and Lung Foundation c/o Gillian Bunn.

We watched you getting weaker as the hourswent slowly by, it broke our hearts to lose you and we could not help but cry. We sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, we held your hand and kissed your face and gently spoke to you.

You slowly slipped away from us but didn't go alone, as part of us went with you on your final journey home.

We never said goodbye, perhaps it's just as well, for we could never say goodbye to the Nan we love so well. In silence we remember, we make no outward show but what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.
