Passed away peacefully at Bartholomew Lodge Nursing Home, Sunday, June 19, 2016, aged 88.

Funeral Service, Wednesday, July 6 at St Bartholomew's Church, 10.45am, followed by Burial at Fallings Heath Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations to Bartholomew Lodge Nursing Home.

Gone are the days we used to share but in our hearts you're always there.

Husband Ray, Daughter Christine, Son Ian and Family.
