Chas and Maureen wish to thank Jim first of all for all help and support throughout the years, especially the last 5 years, in caring for their dearest Mum. Our thanks now to all Relatives and Friends near and far who attended Mum'sFuneral, the many messages of sympathy, the lovely floral tributes and donations to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children Charity, which was close to Mum's heart.

Our thanks also go to the Reverend Dave Wills for conducting a very moving Service at St Leonard's, Bilston., F W Colins, Funeral Directors including the horses Bella and Sunny for escorting our dear Mum to her final resting place.

Finally thank you to all Doctors, Nurses and Carers involved in Mum's care, we know our dearest Mum Eleanor would say God bless you all and thank you.
