Passed peacefully away on Thursday, May 12, 2016, aged 72 years.

Sadly missed by loving Daughters Sharon and Julia, Grandson McCartney and Twin Sister Brenda.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, June 3, 2016, at NewRoad Methodist Church Stourbridge at 1.30pm followed by Cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium at 2.10pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations for The White House Cancer Support or Mary Stevens Hospice will be kindly accepted by the Funeral Directors J T Brookes, 68 Mount Pleasant, Brierley Hill, West Midlands.
